Accommodations and Pitches

What types of accommodations are available? 
The village offers newly built bungalows, comfortable apartments, and lofts (with or without kitchenettes).
Are the pitches suitable for campers and tents? 
Yes, there are spacious, shaded pitches, ideal for caravans, tents, and campers.
Are restrooms available? 
Yes, the restrooms are always clean and have free hot water.
Is the facility accessible to disabled people? 
Yes, the campground is completely flat and has wheelchair-accessible entrances, parking, restrooms, and seating.
Can I choose a specific pitch or bungalow?
Management tries to accommodate requests, but reserves the right to assign the unit or pitch number.
Do the pitches have electricity? 
Yes, the pitches have a 3A electrical connection. For higher amperage (6A), please make a specific request at the time of booking and a surcharge applies.
Is there loading/unloading for campers? 
Yes, there is a dedicated area for loading and unloading.

Reservations and Payments

How can I book? 
You can book by contacting us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, or by filling out the request form on the website.
Is a deposit required to confirm the reservation? 
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The amount and payment method are indicated in the reservation itself.
What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept cash, cards, and bank transfers.
Can I change the dates of my reservation? 
Yes, if there is availability, we can consider changing the dates. Any price differences depend on the period and the accommodation chosen.
What is the cancellation policy? 
The cancellation policy is indicated in the quote.
Is the tourist tax included? 
The tourist tax is not included and is paid at the property. The amount and rules depend on municipal regulations.

Arrival, Departure, and Welcome

What are the check-in times? 
For accommodations (bungalows, rooms, and apartments), keys are collected from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. For pitches, check-in is from 12:00 PM.
What are the check-out times? 
For accommodations (bungalows, rooms, and apartments), keys are collected by 9:00 AM on the day of departure. For pitches, check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is late check-in (evening arrival) possible? 
Yes, it is possible for accommodations, but please let us know so we can organize your arrival and communicate the procedure.
Is late check-out possible? 
Availability permitting, yes. Late check-out requires a fee, which must be requested at reception the day before.
Are external visitors allowed? 
Visitors are permitted according to the rules and regulations, with registration at reception and during designated times. Any costs or limitations depend on the period.

Location and Proximity to the Railway

Is the campsite close to the sea? 
Yes, Camping Gemma is located directly on the sea, with direct access to the beach, just across the cycle/pedestrian path.
Is the campsite affected by the railway? 
No, Camping Gemma is far from the railway.
How can I get to Porto San Giorgio or the center of Fermo? 
You can use the cycle/pedestrian path that connects the campsite to Porto San Giorgio to the north and Marina Palmense to the south. Paid buses connect to Fermo.

Beach and Pool

Is the beach equipped with facilities? 
There is a free stretch of beach and a paid lido.
Is the sea suitable for children? 
Yes, the seabed is shallow and safe, ideal for little ones.
Is there a swimming pool? 
Yes, there is a large swimming pool for adults and children, with depths ranging from 80 cm to 140 cm. There is a fee for swimming in the pool, and swimming caps are mandatory.

Services and Entertainment

Is there entertainment? 
Yes, the campsite offers activities, tournaments, and dances for children, teens, and adults.
Is there a playground? 
Yes, there is a fenced and colorful playground with slides, playhouses, and swings.
Are there a bar and restaurant? 
Yes, the village has a bar for snacks and appetizers, as well as a restaurant/pizzeria serving meat and fish dishes (also takeout).
Is there a supermarket? 
Yes, there is a well-stocked mini market on site.
Is there Wi-Fi? 
Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Access is free, but quality may vary depending on crowding and coverage.
Is there a laundry? 
Yes, there is a coin-operated laundry service located in the main services building.
Are barbecues allowed? 
They are permitted, provided fire safety regulations are respected. For safety, always check with reception.

Parking

Is the parking secure? 
The parking lot is outside, unsecured, but fenced and accessible 24/7 with an electronic key. Each unit and pitch is assigned a free parking space, for the exclusive use of the assigned crew. For additional cars, subject to space availability, a daily fee is applicable.

Pets

Are pets allowed? 
Dogs are not allowed, but cats and other pets are permitted on the pitch.

Rules, Quiet, and Safety

What are the quiet hours? 
Quiet hours are from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. We ask that you respect these hours to ensure everyone's rest. At all times, we ask that you behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests.
Are cars allowed? 
Cars are only permitted on arrival and departure to facilitate loading and unloading luggage. During your stay, your car must always be parked in its designated parking space. To unload groceries, please use the carts available in the temporary parking area.
Are bicycles or scooters allowed? 
Bicycles and scooters are permitted only at a moderate speed. The use of bicycles with training wheels is prohibited during quiet hours.
What happens in the event of bad weather or interruption of your stay? 
Any temporary suspension of services or ancillary, sporting, recreational, or entertainment activities due to technical reasons or force majeure shall under no circumstances constitute grounds for revoking the reservation of pitches or accommodation units, or for terminating the contract or reducing the price.
